Before founding BloomX, Thai Sade spent nearly a decade managing his family’s food business – immersed in the world of ingredients, meals, and the people they nourish. But the deeper he went, the more one question kept rising: What if, one day, there’s not enough food to serve? That question pulled Thai back to his roots – to the kibbutz where he grew up surrounded by agriculture, working the land and learning the value of natural systems.

With a passion for sustainability and a problem-solver’s mindset, Thai pursued a degree in Sustainability & Government and joined the Zell Entrepreneurship Program at Reichman University. There, the vision for BloomX came into focus: to bring innovation to one of the most critical – and often overlooked – links in the food chain: pollination.

Today, BloomX is driven by that same mission – ensuring that growers can produce more, better food, in a more sustainable way.
