Avocado, where flower structure and nectar scarcity reduce honeybee effectiveness. Blueberry, which requires vibration-based pollination that bees can’t perform efficiently. We’re also working with additional crops such as almonds, macadamia, mango, lychee, and also greenhouse tomatoes and bell peppers. In these various types of crops, our technology is being increasingly applied and showing encouraging outcomes across different growing conditions.
BloomX is designed to work alongside honeybees, not replace them. While managed honeybee hives are widely used in commercial agriculture, they aren’t always effective, especially in crops with complex flowers, low nectar availability, or under suboptimal climate conditions. Our technology complements honeybee pollination by stepping in where bees struggle, helping ensure more flowers are pollinated and improving the tree’s fruiting potential.
Yes – BloomX technology is completely safe for honeybees and other pollinators. It was designed to work in harmony with nature and does not harm, disrupt, or interfere with the activity of beneficial insects in the orchard or in the field. Our approach supports a balanced ecosystem where technology and natural pollination can coexist.
Minimal effort. During the bloom season, our team will arrive to implement the technology, adapt it to your orchard’s specific conditions, and train your team on how to operate it effectively. Alongside our work management app, our pollination experts provide agronomic support to assess in-field pollination status and build a customized pollination plan.
