Position Summary

We are seeking an Operations and R&D Agronomist to enhance our robotic pollination technology and oversee product implementation and communication at customer sites in Israel and internationally. This role is essential in driving the development of our innovative solutions and ensuring smooth operations with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of our robotic pollination technology.
• Coordinate trial setups in collaboration with the product lead and sales team.
• Manage all aspects of field trials at customer locations.
• Plan, write, and analyze field trial statistical reports for clients.
• Cultivate external agro-technical relationships to translate scientific insights into actionable commercial strategies.

Requirements

• Availability to travel internationally for extended periods.
• Strong interpersonal skills and highly communicative.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
• B.Sc. in Agricultural Sciences, Plant Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in executing and managing field trials.
• Proficient in writing and analyzing statistical scientific reports.
• Fluent in English.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a car.

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical experience in the avocado, almond, or blueberry agriculture sectors.
• Knowledge of pollination processes.
• Experience working in a startup environment.
• Tech-savvy with a focus on R&D and operations.
• Fluent in Spanish.
