Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
Electrical Technician to join our team. This role focuses on the assembly, installation, testing, and maintenance of electromechanical systems integrated into agricultural machinery. The ideal candidate is hands-on, experienced in both electrical and mechanical systems, and capable of troubleshooting complex equipment in both workshop and field environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on assembly of systems combining mechanics and electronics including PCBs
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues in machines and field equipment
- Conduct system testing to ensure proper functionality, accuracy, and reliability under real operating conditions
- Conduct tests to verify system accuracy, performance, and reliability
- Work closely with engineers and production teams to address complex technical challenges and improve product robustness
- Generate clear and detailed reports on QA results, equipment status, and any issues encountered
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in assembly and testing of systems combining mechanics and electronics
- Willingness to travel and stay abroad for extended periods
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings
- Experience with electronics, including the ability to read schematics and troubleshoot electronic components
- A driving license and a car
- Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Arduino and ESP32
- Experience with wiring and cable assembly
- Practical experience in the agriculture industry
