Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Operations Technician to join our team. This role focuses on the assembly, installation, integration, and maintenance of mechanical systems on agricultural machinery. The ideal candidate has a strong technical aptitude (no formal electronics background required), is hands-on, and capable of troubleshooting equipment in both workshop and field environments. This person will serve as our main field technician during the agricultural season in Israel.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on integration and assembly of mechanical systems into machines

• Act as the primary field technician on-site during the local agricultural season

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on agricultural machines and field equipment

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and operational issues in machines and field equipment

• Manage warehouse operations, including organizing spare parts and tracking inventory

• Conduct system testing to ensure proper functionality and reliability under real operating conditions

• Work closely with engineers and production teams to address technical challenges and improve product robustness

• Generate clear and detailed reports on field equipment status, operations, and any issues encountered

Requirements

• Strong technical aptitude and hands-on experience in mechanical assembly or system integration (electronics background is not required)

• Willingness to travel and stay abroad for extended periods

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical instructions

• High availability to work in the field during the agricultural season in Israel

• A driving license and a car

• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical experience in the agriculture industry

• Experience as a field or service technician

• Experience with basic wiring and cable assembly

• Experience in warehouse or inventory management
